Corn soup reloaded

We had the leftover corn soup for dinner tonight, and I have one word for you people: avocado. OHF. (Also, please note my redemption chips.)

  1. Corn soup was delicious, and approved by neighbors and grandmother. We have enough for one more round - after two down already. Lime wedges are fantastic, corn chips excellent, scallions necessary.

  2. Totally agree--the soup needs onion to balance the sweetness and establish it as a savory dish. The limes are just jazzy!
